New License?

I've been confused with this new EULA, should the old TGE owners consider the old EULA license agreement(revenues over than 500k and pay 10k for commercial) or new license(over 250k and pay 395) or an individual way(over 500k and pay 395 for commercial)..., can someone guide me on this?.

Actually I think he said you have a choice. GG can't force you to change licenses, but you can move to the new license if you want. You just can't mix and match.

Thanks, is there any page or form to select a license or just an option when a game published(select a way)?.

As far as I know, you must conform to one of the licenses and not mix and match stuff from one to another and you should be fine. No forms to fill out, I'd say. (disclaimer: I am not reliable for any false information included in this post :)

Do you even have a commercial license?
If you don't, it's moot. When the time comes you can purchase the vastly cheaper version of Torque. If you really want to pay us the $10k then, when you are making over $500k, you can e-mail Jay or Jeff about it. I think you probably would rather pay the $500 when you reach $250k, though.

No, this is not an automated matter. Not that many users of Torque make that much money.Do you even have a commercial license?

if you bought TGE under the old EULA then you are legally bound to it and not the new one, any new purchase after the new EULA will be legally bound by the new EULA.
