3ds max to interiors

I'm a little lost using the max2map exporter, i fact it doesn't export anything.
The version of Max i use is Max 4 and so the other recommend MAX2MAP exporter doesn't work (only for version 3 ).
I still wonder why i would have to use WorldCraft when i have 3DS wich has much more function for mapping, lighting and modeling.
WorldCraft is a completly closed tool : he knows WorldCraft and works with ... WorldCraft. The problem in software creation is that when you work alone you won't go far.
The main problem is that people who made the MAX2MAp exporter for V12 did not write any documentation so when have the pray the spirits of modeling to understand what they have done.
As usual when you buy a programmed application such as a 3d engine even if programmers have done a real fantastic job they are unable to explain how to use it and you have to spend hours and hours drinking coffee, restarting your machine to be able to access to their mind.

In fact i thought i could use the V12 engine to navigate through my MAX models but all i've done is losing 100$.
Never mind my firm was ready to buy the necessary license if we could do something interresting with V12 but we'll have to look for a better documented engine.
