Chat Border Array

Im tweaking the GUI for my game right now, but whenever I try to edit the chat border array png file, it causes the game to crash when loading. Whats the best way to edit the chat border array?

If you can't find it through the GG search, try Google's cache, in this format:
ChatHudBorderArray site:www.garagegames.com

And if neither work, then ask.
