Howdy folks,

well this is a bare forum so i thought I would post some info on my video hardware which has nothing but problems with v12.

My computer has an onboard:
S3 Inc. ProSavage PM133 16MB

I know dont laugh, but its not my computer.

I thought this might be a nice place for people to list the grafics cards that they have found that work well or dont work with v12. so that ppl know which to buy and which not to buy.

The main problem with savage cards are the drivers.
I used to have a savage4 32mb and the boxed drivers that came with it were utter shite.

It took me a very long time to find a set of good opengl drivers.
I found a set that worked very well for opengl (russian drivers) games like quake3 counterstrike etc.
I actually got a solid 99fps on counterstrike, I was really impressed. The boxed drivers (creative) only gave me 30fps. so it was a huuge difference.
if this site doesnt have prosavage drivers, do a search for opengl prosavage drivers , see what you come up with.
try and try again :)

thanks,

I have downloaded the latest drivers,
however i still get some funny textures ,
I beleive that my machine and config is at fault as v12 as well as worldcraft and many other apps keep crashing on my system.

:)

well looks like a nice format and reinstall is in order.
