This engine looks really good easpecialy consdiering the price but .....
I dont program, i have a basic grasp of programing (very basic) would i be able to make a game.

i.e using code snipets.

oh and secondly anyone tried doing cityscapes with the engine? did it work well.

One of the largest assets of the Torque engine is that it is extremely powerful for the price. You can make a game using scripts if it's simple enough - a tetris puzzle game for instance. If you want to develop a more complex game however, I would recommend taking the time to learn C++ throughly or better yet, teaming up with a programmer who shares your game vision.

There have been several developers who have done cityscapes using the Torque engine with varying results. Look through the screenshot gallery and contact the developers for more information.
