Im downloading the sdk but i dont know how can i make my pdf file documentation, and i dont know the actual cvs download size, its going over 22mb?.

I believe those files were removed from the HEAD version of Torque.

I'd suggest trying to pull down the HEAD version if it still doesn't work.
