I no u cant give out the c++...but what about the .cs?

Hey im just wondring if i can send my game to people if there is .cs files that comes with torque?

"(c) Licensee may not distribute the source code to the engine in any manner, unless recipient also has a license to the Software." -- from the EULA on Restrictions.

That means that you can send your game with the .cs files because they are not engine source code, they are simple script files that direct the engine.
