Car with weapon mounts resource

The link to the download in this resource www.garagegames.com/index.php?sec=mg&mod=resource&page=view&qid=2601 isn't functioning anymore, if there is someone that already has it and could email me the file or direct me to where else I might download it that would be great! I tried emailing the author but haven't gotten any response from him as of yet.
