Using Elf Animation

I have two female models that don't work well with the Orc animations that come with Torque. I am trying to switch the elf animations from Realm Wars in for the orc that we are currently using. The problem that I am having is that when the game is loading it blows up. If I use the orc animations everything works fine. Is there a way to use the elf animations instead of the orc?
