Max 6 exporter

I am thinking of upgradeing my MAX 3.1 to MAX 6.0. If I get Torque, can I rebuild the MAX exporter to run with Max 6.0?

You can but alot of stuff won't work.Mostly anything around the multires modifier. We are rewritting one that will work independamt of the multires but were only about 50% of the way done. We're hoping next month.

I will stick to my 3.1 MAX and buy Torque for now. Hopefully I can upgrade to your new multires soon.

Matt I am a bit confused here (could be my cold), but how exactly are you trying to make the exporter independant of the MultiRes modifier?

I rebuilt the MAX exporter with the MAX 6 SDK, but when I try to export anything MAX crashes (unhandled exception). I'm not using multires. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Does anyone have the exporter built for MAX 6 that I could try?
