Where to submit bug reports?

Hi all,
where would be a good place to submit TGE bug reports? This Forum?
Reason for this question: I found some (few) bugs during the last weeks, mostly minor ones. Someone told me to submit bug reports here:
http://www.garagegames.com/projectmanager/module.php?qpj=4
And I did this once, save nothing happened there, bug still listed as open. So I guess that bug-reporting-interface is not really used by anybody.
Thanks for helping,
Bye, Thomas

The most annoying one I saw was a stack overflow I saw in both HEAD and 120. So far I haven't spent much time with the engine, so I'm not sure where the problem lays. All I see is a stack trace with an infinite recursion. Its in the bug database:www.garagegames.com/projectmanager/issue.php?qis=292
Torque Owner Dan -
I have seen bugs get fixed real quickly when the person reporting the bug has a fix for it. After all we do have the code so we have the power. :)
I did a search on the bugs looking for your name and came up with nothing. Does that mean they never showed up on the list?
Some bugs reported will never be fixed because of their minor nature, but I do know that bugs do get fixed.
