Orc animations?

I am having a minor problem with swapping out the Orc character in the FPS demo. I successfully replaced the orc model with a model I created and exported it using the maxtodts plugin. Unfortunately the animations from the orc model do not play exactly right on the new model. I am sure this is due to the fact that I had to size the bones in the biped to make them fit the new character. Are the original orc's animations available anywhere as .max files or even .bip files??? I plan on creating a new animation set eventually but having the source animations from the orc model would speed the process of dumping new characters in considerably.
