Media kit, logos, guidelines

Things made with the v12 should bear the logo somewhere, right?
Where are the approved logos and text to stick into the credits, readmes and splash screens?
Thanks
p.s.
Oh, and I need to talk to someone at GG about my "product." Since it's not a game, I'll never sell it, and it's intent is academic, but I do not work for an academic institution, I need to clarify, once and for all, what I can distribute where, cause I am still a little confused. My paper got accepted to GSA (that's Geological Society of America) so my demo will need to be ready before November and I'd like to hand out demos to the scientists that are interested. I may use it eventually to create a game, but not before the end of the year.
Just need to know how to do that, is this a place to ask that question, should I call, or email, or what?
Cheers
Ed
