Looking for a simple tutorial on level design basics

Hi I am seasoned veteran of PVS based BSP engines and I am used to Radiant, I am more than willing (looking forward infact) to learning this new level editor.

What could really help me is a tutorial on how to simply create a little quadtree terrain from a heightmap, texture it, add a building and a wep (using the FPS content that comes with the torque engine demo) and run it.

Adding a player start point and defining the sky/adding some water or fog would be good too :]

Please help - I am raring to get started! :D
