CVS update info for SDK owners?

The other night it I had to update a clean copy of Torque. I wasn't sure if anything new had been added, but I updated anyway. This made me think that it would be nice if there was a list available to SDK owners that they could check out off and on, letting them know if anything had been updated. Also this would save bandwidth, because owners would only have to update a directory of torque instead of the entire thing.
