Strange character problem

Hi all,
I just exported a charactor model from Max,it shows well in ShowTool of Torque(with or without motions).
But when I run it in the DemoApp, almost all meshes of the charactor seem be attracted by some forces,extruding from center,hard to discrible,terrible:((
I can't finger out what's wrong with it,you guys have any suggestion?

I mentin the same thing to him and got a "nasty gram" email to shut the fxck up or else . . . I really hope nobody helps this person.

I don't mention what you said,those who can only grumble and sneer but know nothing.
BTW,my native language is not English.Are you able to speak more than 4 languages freely like me,Badguy? Who cares?
