Strange charactor problem

Hi all,
I just exported a character modle from Max,it shows well in ShowTool of Torque(with or without motions).

But when I run it in the DemoApp, almost all meshes of the charactor seem be attracted by some forces,extruding from center,hard to discrible,terrible:((

I can't finger out what's wrong with it,you guys have any suggestion?

Ick, that's no good. :-/

Perhaps there's some animation that is being played in the demo, that isn't in the show tool? Or an animation that _isn't_ being played?

Heron, do you mean that your model looks like a big spikey ball within the game? If so then you need to "unmess you dts" by using the unmessdts.exe that comes with the Exporter pack in the DTS Documentation. This is a problem with any of the builds of the exporter that do not incorporate the changes BraveTree submitted.

I couldn't find the unmessdts.exe file in the GG website. Can anyone gives me a link on where I can download the unmessdts.exe?
