I don't think so.Gmax tempest works in conjuction with Gtkradiant to compile the levels in Quake3 bsp format. Map2dif takes the .map file and does the csg process. Bsp, vis and rad processes are done with qbsp2 (which I think is HalfLife's bsp format)and its contemporary vis and rad utils.This would be working with worldcraft/hammer. I'm not sure if TGE is capable of running a Quake3 bsp, and besides there's the legal part. Compiling with Radiant would make the bsp levels incompatible with the engine.
I'd stay working with hammer (which is a great level editor, very configurable and easy to learn) since Torque users (according to a special agreement with valve) are allowed to use the editor commercially.
