Both our engines are open source now. They can pirate to their heart's content.

Yes, but they noted that have assets from the shop as well.

3. T3D, T2D & Torque - очень много товаров как из офф магазина, так и из приватных сообществ. А так же лицензионные ключи и приватные кряки.

Translation:

3. T3D, T2D & Torque - a lot of products off store as well as from private communities. As well as the license keys and private cracks.

Actually if they are not using the MIT versions they can't sell it legally..

I think it's nice you took the time to address this mrNecturus! :) As a developer I thank you

Alright, send me an e-mail with the link then. I doubt there's much that can be done unless their hosting services are subject to DMCA.

If it is in Russia there is no oversight.

I had a look at the links. mrNecturus was correct about the content being illegal. The site does in fact have DMCA removal tools. I've submitted a DMCA complaint, so that may or may not result in some action. That's the most I can do.

And my claim was just rejected:

Quote:Unfortunately, your content complaint sent today at 3:42 pm has been declined.
This form is intended for holders of audio and video content. If the form is for you, then in the "Addresses with controversial content" select the appropriate links. If not, please contact support for ____"

Guess software piracy doesn't matter to them =/

Sad. I read that other companies have tried to file lawsuits against the site. They lost as well when it went to the Russian Supreme Court. Nothing else we can really do on our end.

I am not surprised that people from Russia (not only Russians) think that theft and lies its not a big deal crime. ;)
