Need an online way to upgrade to newer versions of T3D

There needs to be a way to upgrade to the latest version T3D online.
We have T3D version 1.1 licenses and I already have approval to upgrade our licenses to 1.2 but there isn't anywhere that I can find to do this online.

How many licenses does your team have? Have you worked with our licensing department for a simulation license?

We have four licenses. It seems that our purchasing department has worked it out but I can't down load T3D 1.2. There are now four T3D 1.2 licenses showing up separately under "My Products" and if I click download from any of them I get a screen that says my link has timed out. If I go to my T3D license it doesn't list T3D version 1.2 only 1.1.

Try assigning them under your "My Account -> My Studio" section.
