Docs on compiling

So I'm going to go with the Mac version of iTorque2D 1.4.x and after reading the documentation I'm a little stuck on where to start. I'm use to Torque2D where you can make your game and hit run and you can test it out.

I'm assuming I need to compile iTorque2D and it seems like there's two version to compile. Which one do I need for testing? How would I go about compiling for OSX Lion/XCode 4.x?

Wish there was a doc or walk-through for this!

Have you checked out the Rainy Day and Aquarium tutorials in the iT2D docs? Those two tutorials both have step by step instructions for the deployment process.

Okay now I feel dumb. =P I thought the tutorials would end of being the same as the original Torque2D's so I never touched them. Now my question is, I can build and get the simulator but do I have to do that every time I make a change in the scripting?
