when will torque x be offered for sale again?

I was wondering if torque x will be offered for sale again? I liked it and wish to buy it before the new year if you offer it for sale. I have a game im going to try and make so im not going to return it or ask for a refund.

Im a big microsoft fan and xna was developed by microsoft so no i wont be returning it until my death (Okay that was exagerated but still a long time before return). I know people have been buying and then returning torque x a lot but that because of christmas and 12 year old kids think they can program and are frustrated so ask for their money back or would be programmers.

Torque x was built with a programmer with a least a little experience in mind and is older then 12 i dont know why people would think game development would be easy as pie because its not

I know i repeated this once but i really dont want to wait five months to buy it.
I've already trialed the product and wish to buy for keeps. If i have the torque x product demo installed can i still buy and download it or do i have to wait for decision from torque guys?

There were extremely few refund requests for Torque X at all.

You do have to wait for a decision from us since we are still evaluating the product for our storefront and we are the only legal licensing party.

Sorry for the fuss but i saved up my money for it and wanted to buy it.
But can you give me an approximation for when it will be available again? like one or two months?
