Problem with a new player character

Hi!
I'm working on a test game (a third person shooter). My last step was introduce my character in the scene like the player, the next step is attach the weapon to the hands, but as you can see in the screenshot, the weapon is not attached to the hands, the collisions are not correct, the collisions are in the weapon position, I don't understand what is the correct way for make it, I'm a bit lost with this. I also checked the standard soldier in the shape editor and the name for hands are the same than the hands of my character.
Can anyone explain me how to make it?

Now I have another problem... When I rotate the camera for up, the weapon and the head rotate to the opposite direction. Have some solution for this?

Make sure your look animation goes from looking all the way up, to all the way down.
