1. Comments, but no overall documentation
2. No current exporter for Milkshape
3. Bsd/buggy exporter for 3d studio
4. No AI path-planning code(the rest is there)
5. Projectiles
5. Alot of obvious things from tribes II (jetpacks, vehicles, weapons, etc.)

HOWEVER, people are working on every one of these problems right now. And soon, most of them should be gone. I dont think I left anything major out, but I could be wrong.
