Fog in T3D w Skybox vs Scatter Sky - fogBandHeight

Is there a reason why Scatter Sky doesnt have a fogBandHeight property like SkyBox does?

I meant to keep working on the fog stuff and see about expanding on it a bit more, but WinterLeaf Entertainment has been hopping (Chk the blogs and resources of Vince Gee) and I just havent had the time to dedicate to that area since :(

Im hoping once we get a video out to show what we are doing, we can generate enough interest to get a few more people on board. Maybe we can get back to some other interesting aspects of development :)
