Torque X CEV activations

Hey guys,
as you have realized I'm quite slow activating newcomers. This isn't just because I'm busy (and I am!) but also for security reasons. It has happened a few times that a person buys Torque X and asks access to the CEV, then a couple of days after that he ask a refund to GarageGames.
This is quite difficult to track. GG's people keep me posted about Torque X refunds, but they are busy as well, so it can take time and it might be overlooked as well, so I have to keep an eye over a couple of weeks on each newcomer's forum badge... but I can forget... I've my hands quite full.
Thus, newcomers will be granted access to the CEV after no less than a couple of weeks from their purchase date, this to reduce the problems.

Emailing you! About helping out, I'd like that very much, but I've to ask GG because managing the access to the sources is a quite sensitive matter ;)
