Trouble downloading Torque 3D Pro after purchase

I am having trouble downloading Torque 3D Pro after buying the License. I have been trying to download the files since July 2,2011. Is there any way that I can get on CD/DVD? I want to use the program but, if I can't download it then I feel like I threw away $100.00. Please can someone help me.

    @John - What is happening? Do you get a bad link? Does it timeout? Does the installer not load?

    If your download is timing out, you should try a program like GetRight, http://getright.com/

    Sorry I have not replied earlier. I finally got it to download yesterday. The problem was that it would say the download was complete and 123MB. But, thankyou for all of your help. It is most appreciated.
