Bmp2map

In case anyone is interested i have updated bmp2map to compile/work in linux (so in theory anyone with a gnu compiler (gcc/g++) could get it work or compile). I have emailed the author to see if he could post the tarball on the sourceforge site dedicated to it. In the meantime if some else wants/needs it let me know, i don't have anywhere to put it up on :)
