Environment Artist
We are seeking an ambitious and creative Environment Artist to join our creative team and help build an immersive world by modeling & texturing environment assets. Candidates should have a strong understanding of environmental design as it applies to game play and should be able to successfully execute those ideas in engine
Main Responsibilities:
Design, model, and texture awe inspiring high quality 3D game worlds.
Collaborate with Art and Design leads to create fun, functional, and memorable game worlds and levels.
Ensure gameplay functionality and artistic integrity.
Create any aspect of a 3D game environment including high quality modeling, texturing, and lighting of terrain, architecture, world objects and collisions.
Work with Art Director to combine ideas and methodologies of environment production to create an efficient, streamlined pipeline that other artists can follow.
Must be able to keep in regular contact and work closely with team members.
Good use of light and shadow, An understanding of optimization, Excellent sense of scale and level of finish;
Scripter/ Programmer
The Game Scripter will create exciting gameplay moments, be writing scripts to handle gameplay systems such as AI behaviour, weapons, enemy encounters, and collaborate with others on the Design team to refine gameplay mechanics.
Main Responsibilities:
Write and maintain clean, professional, C++ scripts
Cooperate with designers, artists and animators to implement their assets into the project
Collaborate with the design teams to provide innovative solutions to design challenges
Must be able to keep in regular contact and work closely with team members
Must have working knowledge of the T3D engine
Character Artist
The Lead Character Artist drives all aspects of in-game and cinematic character needs. We are looking for a person who is passionate about, creating assets, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in video games, and likes to be unique.
Main Responsibilities
You will work closely with the Art Director, Lead Game Designer, and Programmer to create assets and models for 3D characters.
Have an extensive knowledge of human/creature anatomy, color, and costume design
Drive all aspects of the creation of characters, and create assets when necessary.
Ensure that all character development supports the core fantasy and art style of the game.
Embrace a cycle of prototyping, iteration and polish in all areas.
Ensure that outsourced art assets are integrated into the final product.
Collaborate with Marketing and PR teams to create and deliver high quality art assets in support of the game as necessary.
