I need some help please

On the advanced level number two called money tree. I get all the gems except for the one at the very top near the ending pad. I can't get up there to get that last gem. Please help me.

this is turned off by default because it is easier for beginning players, but as you get into more advanced levels it is very helpful to be able to look up and down freely.
also, it is possible to get the last gem in money tree even if you miss the pad its on, you can angle yourself up to that platform from the large one below, though it usually takes a few tries.

Solo Hans
You have to go down into the tree/elevator mechanism from a "leaf" elevator. The elevator at this point will "pump" or shoot you upward. If you are lucky, your marble will land in the right spot. You might be able to guide it a little to stay in the game. Just keep trying and you will get it.
