Black background on the full screen

My game screen size is 800X600. When I play the game, it opens in a window. I would like to open the game in a windowless mode with a background filled with black. That is game should be centered and the background of the monitor should be filled with black, irrespective of the screen resolution. I would appreciate any guidance to do a full screen filled with black and game is centered on the screen without changing its size.

Sorry, I could not figure this out. In the old days, Macromedia Director has a simple setting during the final publishing the file. I thought this could be a good feature to ask for?
