iT2D 1.4.1 - TGB Window gets smaller

Build: iT2D 1.4.1
Platform: WinXP
Target: Editor
Issues: Every time I run TorqueGameBuilder.exe, the window keeps getting started progressively smaller and smaller.
Steps to repeat:
1. Start TGB
2. Load level, quit.
3. Start TGB
4. Notice window is smaller than last run.
5. Quit
6. Start TGB
7. Window is ever smaller now.
Suggested fix: Perhaps saving windows XYWH is not accounting for Title bar height?
