Upgrade options for Torque Games Builder

I would like to upgrade my Indie license of Torque Game Builder, but I'm not sure how to go about it. When I go to the store page it says that I can only have one license per account. My aim is obtain the source code for TGB as well as port over my project to iTorque 2D when the time comes.
So with that said, I have three questions:
What are my options if I wanted to upgrade to TGB Pro or any other available versions?
How much would that cost?
Is it still required to own a pro license of Torque Game Builder before you can develop in iTorque 2D?
Thanks for your time.

What I would like to know is how people who have a licence already can access the source code. I am unable to buy it again with this account.
Will I need to create a separate account?
I would rather not spend $99 if I don't have too. :P

As far as "having to" spend the $99 - two days ago, the *same* upgrade would have cost you $150. Think of this as a $51 discount. :-)

No - GG has already said that existing "non Pro" licenses won't be upgraded. If you can't buy a new copy from your existing account, I suggest writing to support@garagegames.com - you *should* be able to do that, but they've been having quite a few problems with the transition. As far as "having to" spend the $99 - two days ago, the *same* upgrade would have cost you $150. OK, seriously. It's called Torque 2D now, which costs $99 and includes source code and everything else that used to be a "Pro-only" feature. There's no longer a separate "Pro" version, and no upgrade price, but considering that the upgrade to TGB Pro would have been $150 two days ago, buying T2D is still a deal. :-)
