RPG prototyping for iPad

Ok I have a non-torque question that some of you may be able to help me out with.
I have been given an iPad by my work, and have quickly fallen in love with the device.
Basically I bought T3D to make an old school RPG style game on, and now I am looking to quickly prototype what I have been working on. I have been looking for something to use to do some rapid prototyping and planning for a basic RPG. I would like a setup that will allow for quest development, basic item (weapons, armors, ect…) creation, and map layouts.
I am not concerned with style. Actually I would prefer a retro look. This should allow quick content creation without the need to make a ton of art to support it. I just want something that I can quickly develop on and see the results.
Does anyone know of a good program, or even better, an iPad app that would allow me to build a basic RPG on or for the ipad with little need for programming or art creation?
I am not trying to avoid work, I know what it takes to build a completed game, and I do not cut corners when it counts. All I want is something I can carry with me and that will allow me to enter the planning stage of my game with some visible results in a short amount of time, and even more importantly, something that will allow me to develop while I am on the go.
Thanks in advance!

I have been looking into several different ways to do some content prototyping. Basically I am looking for a fast way to create content in the form of quests, basic map layouts, items, and such and see actual results. As we go along. Nothing I have found would allow me to work and see results on the ipad which dosen't really suprise me. You never know though, someone might make a simple "RPG maker" type app one day.
Sadly I have not found anything that really offers 1/2 of what we are looking for on the iPad or PC. I think we will most likely just bite the bullet and continue writing our tools and working in T3D. Until then the quests and items stats will just have to stay in the notebooks and databases.
Thanks!

2.Cocos2D with Tiled instead of iT2D, same asset packs.
Those are the real engines I know of. The 2D market is ruled by Torque, with Cocos making great progress beyond mobile devices lately. Those who don't use either write their own.
(Cocos is more of a framework than an engine, but still nice for rapid prototyping.)
