2d character art for Ecoheroes

Ecoheroes is a 2d shooter with some unique victory conditions.
Everything except the art is done (though I will play all the way through the game to test and tweak stuff one more time). Download the demo at http://fletchgames.tripod.com/ . The demo only includes 15 out of 100 levels (though all 100 are complete) and the bare minimum files needed to play those 15 levels.
The thing about the demo is that you need to download the newest version of Java from http://java.sun.com to use it. The demo doesn't include the game music because that would make it too large of a download.
In particular, I need character art. By character art, I do NOT mean concept art. Rather, I mean the art that actually appears in the game but is used for characters. I had someone doing the character art, but he's going to be busy for a month or so. I need someone to finish it off because this game has been in development way too long. :(
The artist who's doing the non-character art is still working, so I only need a character artist.
Requirements:
1) Do at least 7 characters a week (the files are in the "pics" folder - you just have to draw good stuff in them)
2) email the picture files (zipped) to me
3) be a good member of the team in general. Make sure the art looks good in the game. Make suggestions. Check your email regularly. Keep us informed about what you're doing.
Amount of work: It looks like there's 37 characters left to do. Each one can face in any of the 4 directions and can have either: left foot forward, right foot forward, or be attacking.
Each frame is 30x30 pixels, and the screen resolution is 800x600 pixels. Alot of the images can (and should) be very similar (i.e. general.png would look similar to major.png but would have a snazzier uniform). There doesn't need to be too much detail because the tile size is so small. It just needs to look professional.
Payment: Roughly 30% of the profits will be divided among all the artists based upon how much work they do. Everyone who works on the game will recieve copy of the game on CD. I'm going to try to get Garagegames (or some other publisher) to distribute it, and I'll just distribute it myself otherwise.
Opportunities for More Work: I'm programming Mythale RPG, which will need artists soon.
Email me at Exyvarkus@planet-save.com if you're interested (include "Ecoheroes" in the subject). At this time, you can't apply through garagegames - I'll post an ad if this thread doesn't work.
