From hammer to torque

I just recently purchased torque and installed hammer. Ive created my level and exported it into a dif format, now Im trying run it with the torque engine. So far all ive been able to do is import it into the the torque demo level editor. Does anybody know how to run the dif file in torque without using the demo? Thanks

I'm trying to make the interior(a level made in hammer) a level of its own without using the torque example demo(importing). Is that possible? And if so, do you know how to?

lets clarify...
torque uses a *.mis file as the "level"
this file is text and has an entry for Each object in the "level"
you have an interior.. it would be one of these entries.
are you asking how to get your interior in the "mission/level"
without using the ingame editor?
or are you asking how to have only your interior in the "mission/level"

You _can_ remove everything from a mission so that it's just your interior, which is as close as you're going to get to a Quake/Unreal style level.

The demo is all you have to work with... It's the "tip" of the iceberg, where everything comes together. Just because it's a demo, doesn't mean you're going to end up throwing it out. It provides a lot of foundational stuff you'll want in any situation. You _can_ remove everything from a mission so that it's just your interior, which is as close as you're going to get to a Quake/Unreal style level.

Ohh ok! I understand now, so the demo "is" the link between hammer and torque. Awesome, thanks guys I really appreciate your help. Ive been trying to figure ways to start my game, but I didnt think the the example demo was the place to start. Thanks again guys.

I think your confusion is confusing me.
are you asking how to save the level?
so that you dont have to add the interior each time you load?
what do you mean:
