Looking to partner with a 3D artist (25% share of profits contract)

We are a team of 2 coders and an artist each holding 25% share of the game. We are looking for one more artist to join us.
I am a professional and experienced game developer with my own registered game company. Due to my budget I cannot afford to hire an artist and require a large amount of art to be done. Thus I would like to partner with a 3D artist legally via a contract. I cannot release details about the project until one has signed a non disclosure aggreement. The game will be released on PC and Iphone with perhaps more ports later down the line.
