(PAID) Need TGB Programmer for CCG

I made this game like 7 years ago, and the physical card game industry is kaput! So instead of letting this game turn to dust, I would like to see it become digital.
Looking for a programmer for a collectible card game to be built using TGB.
The game card art is done, and game rules are written, need to have game mechanics coded.
Plan on using TGB so that it can be ported to multiple platforms if needed.
For details on the game mechanics here are the rules.

UPDATE:
Based on some questions I have received I thought I should add some info here.
I am hoping to determine the budget and scope of the game based on the cost of the potential design options.
Design 1:
A desktop tool only. Basically it allows you to visually create your deck from a list of cards, and play them visually on the screen table top. But there isn't any rules applied to the game. It only keeps track of who turn it is and what cards are played on-screen. More of a visual tool so you can play the game without the physical cards. You would still need to know what the rules are, just like a normal physical card game.
A good example of this would be Lakey CCG, it does not have a rules engine. lackeyccg.com
Design 2:
This would be the inclusion of a rules based engine with design 1.
Design 3:
This would be a multiplayer option, to communicate with others and play the game.
Lackey CCG does this very well, with the exception of a rules system.
Hope this additioanl information helps.
Please send me your questions and I will try to awnser them.
Thanks,
John Nelson

Also I will post some images of the cards online tonight so you can get an idea of how the cards play. But the PDF docs do say what the symbols mean and represent.
Forgive the old website femwarriors.com but I built it 6 years ago and only recently pulled it off my backup drive and posted it. I stopped the physical card project years ago because the game stores didnt have room for more games at the time. The stores couldn't sell what they had in stock already (magic, mascarade, pokemon). My timing was horrible, and I didn't want to waste any more money on it. I have crates of the games in my basement today collecting dust.
I just want to get the game back out there and playable even if it is just virtual.

A quick look at this makes me want to say the majority of the coding is rules (card game examples are already included :). I even got started on a jQuery-based LCG engine, so the core card game part isn't hard.
Wish I had more time at the moment, because I like spherical things.

They build physical games from what their website says, and I already have the physical games made. They have been made for 6+ years now. I am looking to make a video game version of the card game.

I'm keeping an eye on this thread in case you don't get any devs by the time I've got more time :)

Ah, I thought you were removing it due to overstock - TGC would be a better way to distribute since they print as orders come in.I'm keeping an eye on this thread in case you don't get any devs by the time I've got more time :)

I have concluded that the cost of developing this game is far more than my budget will allow. Thanks everyone who emailed me.
