About ITorque 2d License problem

i bought a ITorque 2d for iphone and the price is $900. Now i have a question about License.
how many game can i publish.
i read a license doc. it is very confused to me.
it is said $900 for the 1st game , and the 2th game is $100 ...
is it right?

My understanding is that you can publish an unlimited number of games with the license but you must purchase the pro license when your revenue exceeds $250,000.

The $100 per game license fee was removed from the EULA shortly after the engine's release. It is not applicable to any of the versions of iTorque 2D.

@Scott - What you are referring to was the older commercial clause. The $250,000 revenue also applied to older versions of iTorque 2D, back when it was still called iTGB. Our new EULA does not have that limitation, unless you count the non-games section:

Quote:2.1.2. develop and distribute in object code format only, an unlimited number of Non-Games for Personal Computers to the extent that Your gross revenue from the sale of software and related products for the most recent calendar year was less than $500,000;

So if you are making standard apps (not games) using iTorque 2D and your gross revenue exceed $500,000, then you would need to contact us.
