Camera like in NeverWinter Nights or in 3D RTS

Hello!
I've searched the forums but didnt find any answer for my question, so I decided to open a new thread :)
I would like to created a camera like in NeverWinter Nights RPG or any 3D RTS game, moved over the terrain by keys and rotated up-down-around with a mouse. There is a fly mode for camera in Torque, but I have no idea how to adapt it to my needs.
Can anybody give me the idea how can I create "isometric"-like camera not attached to a player object?
Thanks!

Next time, try searching the Resource section in addition to the Forums. All the useful content is distributed between those two sections. :) You can probably find a few more resources like this if you want a little bit more (I seem to remember seeing other, similar ones)
Good luck! :)
