IGC - Indie Jam

Hello everyone -
This year at the IndieGamesCon (www.indiegamescon.com) on Friday night, Jay wants to have an "indie jam". There are many musicians in the indie game community surprisingly and the idea is to get up there an have alot of fun.
Jay is trying to find a real indie band that would open up the evening of festivities. Afterwards, the rest of us attendees to the conference can get up and play a few tunes, jam some improv blues, or just make some serious noise.
What we are looking for are volunteers that want to participate in the Indie Jam. What instrument(s) do you play? Can you bring any equipment with you?
Please respond to this forum thread with your interest and if we can get organized, maybe a group of us can pick a few songs to learn before the conference.
Personally, I'll be driving out to Eugene this year and will bring my guitar and amp.
Anyone else?

Excellent, thanks Robert. I sent an email to the address in your GG profile about choosing some songs to play on. Let me know if there is a different address.

We will get a chance to practice on Friday afternoon for those flying in early so don't worry about walking up cold.
Also, in order to help with our lack of vocalists, we may be asking other attendees in the audience to come up and sing - kareokee style - with a live band! We will have words printed out and no practice is necessary.
Please let me know if you are interested in playing an instrument or singing a song or two at justin.mette@21-6.com.

Is there any other IGC attendees willing to jump on the IndieJam train? Here is a current list of songs: www.21-6.com/indiejam/home.htm. We will get a chance to practice on Friday afternoon for those flying in early so don't worry about walking up cold.
