Dead Links

How about a thread or seperate forum category to report dead links?
Especially for Tutorials and Resources, there nothing more fustrating to the newbie to go to a topic and find that the link to an off site tutorial or resource is dead.
Here is some that found
Torque EngineTechnology >> Tutorials >> 3DS Max Exporter
Beginners Guide to the V12 Exporter
www.garagegames.com/index.php?sec=mg&mod=resource&page=view&qid=1436
--------------------------------------------------------------------
maX-Files
garagegames.com/index.php?sec=mg&mod=resource&page=view&qid=1533
---------------------------------------------------------------------
I know there are other things on the pecking order and this might be at the bottom of list, but least we could have one central place for everyone to post the dead links.
Just a thought.
