Logo idea

Here is my newest logo. I have been trying to take it down just a little bit in the pirate department but I am interested in what you guys think.

The text is intersting, not sure about the images in the middle though. The text feels a bit lifeless as well. Could you supply a version without any image in the middle and try to liven up the text?

Not too shabby. The colored particles are a bit distracting though. Also the sword going through the words like that is too reminiscent of the logo for 'Advanced Dungeons and Dragons' and as such would infringe on their copyright.

You might want to kill the "demon logo" thing in the background, Realm Wars would not be able to use it (its too big and as such would not fit on most of the potential mediums that we could need it to go). Let me know when you have that completed.

I have been watching this logo develop for a while and it is looking pretty good. :) Not sure that that is a demon skull though Logan, looks to me more like it is supposed to be the Orc's skull. ;)

Would it be possible for you to provide a copy of the logo just as the text? No logos, flames, arrows, swords, etc. in the background or as a part of the logo (unfortunately this extra stuff clutters up the logo and makes it less usable across a multi-tude of mediums, as required by the logo task)? Also is this logo in a vector or raster format?

In aside note I would like to thank every one who is responsible for the recent serge in interest in the project. I have been working off and on with this logo since Sept. 02! Its nice to see some momentum again.
Here is the striped down logo. It is in raster format with the original being about 9''.

My apologies, I have been going by the summary in the task page as written by Pascal.The last paragraph asked for an Icon or symbol. However if we are gong for a simple text logo that works for me,I just haven't been going in that direction.In aside note I would like to thank every one who is responsible for the recent serge in interest in the project.
