The first one (Wetness & Precipitation) is not available. It was only for demo purposes at a conference.

Last I heard, the second one (Pacific) will be available when 1.1 final ships.

I'm interesting about how to make same water effects on walls & rain with Torque 3D 1.1 (Beta 2)? Any tutorials may be?

Actually, the Pacific demo release is being aimed at 1.1 Beta 3. Of course, you'll have to be a Pro licensee to get it at that time.
