- can i develop iphone games on windows platform with this tool ?
- does the tools has an emulator to test everything w/o a device ?

i just purchased iTorque2D but it doesn't appear in my products for download.

You have to buy the full license (around $900) and the studio package is an add-on that gives you more license rights.

I am not 100% sure, but it might cover the Torque 2D stuff. Someone who knows for sure will answer.

Yes, you can develop games on the Windows platform and test the game. Windows does not have an emulator, but does run the game in a window at the correct size.
When you sign up as an iPhone developer, you get an Iphone SDK that has an iphone/ipad emulator, that is not part of iTGB. (This only runs on MAC)
NOTE: You will need a Mac to complete the final version of your product before submiting it online.
After I develop a game on my Windows machine, I use VMware Workstation that is running Snow Leopard to compile and submit it.
I had problems running the VMware with my one computer, but it did run on the other system which has an Intel chipset with Intel® Virtualization Technology (Intel® VT).
