Trigger Vehicle Possibilities?

I know this is a dumb question, but is it possible to make a vehicle like a plane or car, able to carry people from one place to another using triggers? Like making a plane fly from a aircraft carrier holding people, and take them to the island and set it down then have them come back, and if so could someone post a little code to nudge me in thr right direction, i'm a n00b with the triggers :(
