- Submit Certificate Signing Request
I have followed all the steps up to here, loading Keychain and Generated Certificate Signing Request and saved to disk. Now however I can not find it (CSR). I looked under my name, my devices name, the name I have given to the bundle. Looked all through my hard drive and just in Key Chain.
Any tips?

I had a space in my certificate name. I thought it had gone thru.

Download and Install Your Development Certificate
Verify your private and public keys in the Keychain Access.
In the example provided, an image shows the key, being able to open a drop down / sub menu. It's "Kind" is "certificate". I can not get this, by right clicking or otherwise. I only have myGame public key and myGame private key. Neither opens up.

I'll look into updating our docs. For now, go to the iPhone Dev site and check out their step by step for provisioning. Their docs are up to date: iPhone Developer.

I believe they also have video tutorials on the Apple site for the provisioning process. They may have taken down older ones, though.

If there are video tutorials, I find them to have the most accurate information (the written docs were full of lies at one point ;).
