iPhone OS 4

Sorry if there is already a thread about this but I did a search for iPhone OS 4 and OS 4 and found nothing. WIth the changes that Apple made to the developer agreement, where does that leave torque and iDevice development? Does iDevice development currently use a custom scripting language (TorqueScript) and if so are there currently any workaround being worked on?
