TGB License - Question

i was reading the terms and it saysTGB license is non transferable.
What if i started my company, and needed to buy 2-3 licenses for the
programmers that will be working on the project, is it allowed? or they would
have to purchase the license?
im a little confused and i'm wondering before i do as i dont wanna break any of
the EULA's terms

You can either have them each purchase a license and reimburse them or have the company purchase commercial licenses that you will manage. With indie licenses, if they leave the project, they take the license with them.
