Torque engine/games reset my computer...

When I play Torque games (like Think Tanks) and build the Torque engine with VC6 it sometimes resets my computer, not always, it's like a 33% chance of it resetting. Doesn't even come up with any Don't Send/Send Error box or anything, just does a brutal Reset. Has anyone else ever exprienced this? I only just purchased the Torque Engine yesterday, so I'm a newbie, but when I begin to master the Torque engine, I'll try to fix the bug in the engine that causes this.
I'm running:
Windows XP,
AMD Athlon XP2000+ 1.67GHz , 256MB RAM, Geforce 2 Ti.
(it reseted when the graphics was defaultly set to OpenGl, although I rarely try it in D3D mode)

Kind of tired of seeing the same useless post throughout unrelated threads.
Thomas,
Thanks, I'll give that a try, sounds reasonable.
